When we asked our most loyal customers what they were still missing on our menu, this is what sooo many of them said:
"Very often, on a busy night, we just quickly cook some pasta and throw in a jar of store-bought sauce. It would be AMAZING to have a homemade, plant-based Solid Stash-sauce that's cooked with love (and that's a bit more interesting than "just" another tomato sauce) to combine with pasta, or to use as a flavour-bomb building block to build a meal around."
We also very vividly remember your enormous enthusiasm about the No-Lobster Mac No Cheese (the starter in our festive menu last year) which featured lush pasta smothered in our Veloute from the Sea sauce, covered under a crunchy cheesy-panko topping.
And so... we took the pasta-sauce idea, mashed it together with your no-lobster-mac enthusiasm et voila: the idea for our super-versatile Velouté from the Sea individual sauce portions was born: a luxurious, creamy sea bisque velouté that astonishingly resembles lobster sauce.
